Overview

A long-established family-run trade business specialising in timber, building materials and associated products approached me with a clear challenge: their digital presence and internal workflows no longer reflected the size, ambition, or capabilities of the company.

Despite decades of industry expertise and a strong regional reputation, the business struggled with an outdated website, inconsistent online visibility, manual processes, and a lack of strategic direction across digital channels.
